In 2017, a colleague handed me his HoloLens with an invitation to "Check this out."
I donned the visor, made a few adjustments and Voila! a computer generated version of myself stood on the floor about three feet in front of me staring back into my own face.
Like some kind of fun house mirror, I soon realized my reflection also had depth.
I could walk around me, through me and back again.
"I hooked it up to a Kinect and now you can see what that camera sees."
"Dude. I think you just invented the Holodeck."

My mind immediately raced to the potential for developing presentations like this:
